Green Cross International, Green Cross Italy and the local and regional authorities of Bologna, Reggio-Emilia and Emilia Romagna, have decided to postpone the International Dialogue on Water for Life and Peace, scheduled to be held in Bologna and Reggio-Emilia on the 21 - 23 May 2003, due to the conflict in Iraq and uncertain international situation.

The conference will now be held in early October 2003, with precise dates to be announced shortly. We thank all interested parties, and apologise for any inconvenience caused by this change in dates.
