Mr. Iwasaki was born in Kagawa Prefecture, Japan, in November 1935. After
graduating from Chuo University, he worked as an announcer for Nishi-Nippon
Broadcasting Corporation.
In 1993, responding to the call of Mr.Gorbachev,
president of the former U.S.S.R., he took the position of the senior advisor
for Green Cross International (headed
at Geneva, Switzerland). At present, Mr. Iwasaki is the chairman of the
board of directors, Green
Cross Japan.
He is energetically advocating the construction of a better relationship
between people and nature and promoting a worldwide awareness campaign
on environmental protection.
In his lectures, he appeals that the first step to solve environmental
problems should be through personal value change and reform of personal
awareness. And at the same time he emphasizes that it is necessary for
many people to cooperate in order to hand over the Green Earth to the
children.
His writings clearly analyze the principle of the energy that enlivens
the universe including the human world. His words disseminate the true
wisdom and revelation to many supporters in the world.
Here are only a few of the books he has authored: "There Goes the
Man of Truth," "Dawn of the Heart," "A Thousand Miles
through the Southern Seas," "Thank you, People Who I've Yet
to See," "I-Ro-Ha-Ni-Ho-He-To," and "A Sloping Road"(short
poems).
