- there are no contradictions in the field of environmental education between the governmental policy and the policy of non-governmental organizations, the difference lays in levels of understanding and tools of governmental and public organizations.

The next step in activities of GCI are discussions on a transition to mass (public) environmental education.

What we want to do means to answer the question: what does it mean - to educate everybody. It means that we have to work out specific forms of education for various levels of the population.

PUSCHINO

Puschino is a small town located in one of the most beautiful places of Moscow outskirts on the high right bank of the Oka river. Puschino is well known in our country and abroad mostly by its Scientific Center of Russian Academy of Sciences that is a number of scientific and research institutions. The town is located in the vicinity of Prioksky-Terrasny state biosphere reserve so there is a very beautiful view from the town's windows. Rational planning and picturesque landscape make it very attractive and unique, different from other Russian towns and cities. In summer it is very green, there are a lot of parks and forests.
